Calling all movers and shakers –Magic Mikeis headed to Broadway, and its producers are on the hunt for the nextChanning Tatum.

Magic Mike: The Musicalis set to debut in Boston this fall, and the show announced Tuesday it’ll be holding open auditions for a “diverse cast” of men who boast a unique set of talents.

“WhenChanning Tatumand his costars first appeared on the screen, it was unlike anything anyone had ever seen – and we are looking for actors who can surprise and dazzle us in that same unprecedented way,” director Trip Cullman said in a statement. “We are especially open to men of any race, ethnicity or creed as long as they are that elusive unicorn who can act, dance and sing brilliantly. So that should be easy!”

Applications should include a self-taped video audition set to a pop/rock song “that shows off your range,” a contemporary or hip-hop dance clip to demonstrate athleticism, and a current headshot and resume.

The call notes that potential players should steer clear of nudity in their tapes.

Magic Mike: The Musicalis a prequel set before the events of 2012’sMagic Mikeand its 2015 sequelMagic Mike XXL.

The show follows Mike Lane, a college student who turns to night club dancing to make ends meet.

“But as he scrambles to hide his alter ego from his dad and girlfriend, he finds himself needing to make some difficult choices. Can Mike follow his dreams without losing more than his clothes?” the official description reads.

Magic Mikestar Tatum will produce the show alongside director Steven Soderbergh, producer Nick Wechsler, writer and producer Reid Carolin,Magic Mike XXLdirector Gregory Jacobs and Peter Kiernan.

Tatum teased the musical in January, sharing an Instagram photo of him holding a playbill in Boston.

“This. Is. Happening.,” he wrote.

It’ll show at the Emerson Colonial Theatre in Boston from Nov. 30 through Jan. 5, 2020 before it eventually makes its way to Broadway.

Next to Normal’s Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey will write the music, whileRiverdalescribe Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa will pen the book. Choreography will come courtesy of Camille A. Brown (Once on This Island).
