After Swift, 33, and Kansas City Chiefs tight endTravis Kelcemade surprise appearances onSaturday Night Liveand spent time together in New York City this weekend, Perry took to Instagram and expressed her full approval of their budding romance.

Perry opened up about reconciling with Swift in a2020 interview with Howard Stern. “What I’m so grateful for is that we did get to make up and we made up publicly to be an example of redemption,” she said at the time.
“It’s hard for young girls, growing up [with] cliques and high school and pettiness and all that stuff, so now we’re super friendly,” continued the “Harleys in Hawaii” performer. “I’ve always wanted the best for her, and we can talk about the best we want for each other.”

Swift and Kelce, 34, were spotted multiple times in N.Y.C. over the weekend,walking hand-in-hand again on Sunday nightas they left the Waverly Inn restaurant.
The previous night, they attended anSNLafterparty after both appearing on the show — Swift to introduce Ice Spice and Kelce in a sketch.

“Taylor and Travis were there all nightand they were so smiley, they were so happy,” a source told PEOPLE regarding their time at the afterparty. “They were so talkative. They were really fun. They talked to every single person in the room that talked to them.”
“They were super cool. Super nice, super happy,” the source continued, as the couple reportedly stayed at the afterparty “until after 4 a.m.”
The insider also added that there was a moment when Kelce put Swift’s hands on his shoulders and then put his hands on her waist, “so they’re face to face, and then he takes both his hands and grabs her waist. They’re leaning in, they’re kissing each other."
