The celebrity makeup artist and entrepreneur, 57, celebrated her actor husband,Patrick Dempsey, earning the coveted title on Instagram with aclipof hisTuesday reveal onJimmy Kimmel Live.
“Well, the cat’s out of the bag for 2023 @people’s #SexiestManAlive and my hubz is on the cover!” she wrote in the caption. “Loved being a part of this insanely fun ride with you @patrickdempsey.”
“What a title! You truly are my sexiest man alive - 🫶,” she added.

On Wednesday, Jillian shared another sweetmessagefor theGrey’s Anatomystar, 57, on Instagram — including a bit of teasing.
Alongside both of his PEOPLE covers, the MUA wrote, “What a title! Very cool @patrickdempsey & well deserved, sexy!”
“We may torture you a bit around the house about this one 😁 - already making t-shirts,” she joked. “Congrats! 🙌.”
The makeup artist, who has her ownclean beauty line, not only watched her “hubz” share the news, but she also did his grooming for the cover — and shouted out her own beauty products in the caption.
Jillian also shared some behind-the-scenes footage of the cover shoot, including a video of her zhuzhing her husband’s salt-and-pepper locks and a clip of her touching up his face with a brush while he laughs.

According to Patrick — who was “completely shocked” to learn of his Sexiest Man status —Jillian “was shocked too,”he told PEOPLE.
“They’re just going to make fun of me and pick on me and figure out every reason why I shouldn’t be,” he said, adding: “Which is good, they keep me young.”

Married on July 31, 1999, Dempsey said he knew Jillian was the one “the moment I saw her."
“I went in where she was working, and I looked across the room at her and was blown away,” he told PEOPLE.

The couple met in 1994 when Patrick was a client at Jillian’s then-hair salon, but they did not start dating until three years later.
The actor said it was a fateful trip from Maine to New York that made him realize he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her.
“She was pretty game for the road trip so I thought that was good,” theGrey’s Anatomyalum recalled. “I love the cold and rain and she loves the sun and beach. We’re complete opposites and I have to say, she’ll make me do sh– I never want to do and 9 times out of 10, she’s absolutely correct. So she puts up with me.
