The moment music lovers have been anticipating all year is finally here! Spotify released its annualSpotify Wrapped, giving listeners insight to their musical tastes and trends in 2023.
In addition to personalized trends, Spotify gathered data on the top artists, songs, albums and podcasts of the year. This year,Taylor Swiftcame out on top as the most-streamed artist globally with more than 26.1 billion global streams. She is also the most-streamed artist in the United States.

Swift, 33 — who embarked on her Eras World Tour in March — released a deluxe version of her 2022 albumMidnightsin May. She also released two re-recordings:Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)and1989 (Taylor’s Version).
The most-streamed global song this year wasMiley Cyrus' “Flowers,” which garnered more than 1.6 billion global streams. Trailing behind Cyrus areSZAwith “Kill Bill” andHarry Styleswith “As It Was.”
Meanwhile, the albums with the most global streams are Bad Bunny’sUn Verano Sin Ti(for the second year in a row), Swift’sMidnightsand SZA’sSOS.
