Travis KelcegaveTaylor Swifta sweet shout-out following their on-the-field celebrations after the Kansas City Chiefs’AFC Championshipwin on Sunday.
On Wednesday’s episode ofNew Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, the tight end, 34, said to his brother, “Shoutout to Tay, thanks for joining the team," afterJason Kelce, 36, joked that Swift had “reached theSuper Bowlin her rookie year.”
“It was so fun seeing you guys afterwards hanging around to see us raise that Lamar Hunt trophy yet again,” Travis said of the post-game celebrations on the field. Swift, Jason, and the brothers' parents,EdandDonna Kelce,all joined him on the field to congratulate him— and he and the pop starshared several sweet moments together.
“We had the whole family down on the field,” Jason recalled. “We had me, mom, dad and Taylor. Everybody was down there.”
The Philadelphia Eagles center said it was “awesome” to see his brother and the Chiefs celebrate a well-earned win, and Travis also revealed his reaction to the moment that Swift and his coach Andy Reid shared while he was on stage riling up the crowd.
Travis later “liked” a postfrom ESPN on Instagram thatcapturedReid and Swift’s exchange, with ESPN insider Jeff Darlington writing, “Andy Reid finds Taylor Swift in the crowd and points her way. Fun moment between the two.”

Reid later shared more of his thoughts on the relationshipas he appeared on Tuesday’s episode ofTom Bradyand Jim Gray’s SiriusXM podcastLet’s Go! with Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray.
Like Travis noted onNew Heights, too, Reid knew Swift’s dad — who the tight end called “Big Scott” — from their time at the University of Delaware.
“I knew her before, from Philadelphia,” Reid said, before joking, “So that was the last thing Trav wanted to hear, that I knew her before him. She told him, ‘I know your coach.' And he went, ‘Oh, God, come on!’ "
The three-time Super Bowl winner said Swift is “a good girl” and he’s “happy for Trav.”
“And there has been no distraction that way at all,” the coach continued. “Trav’s handled it right, she’s handled it right and we just move forward. So it hasn’t been a problem at all.”

Among the other sweet moments that Travis and Swift shared on the field at M&T Bank Stadiumincluded several kisses and embraces, and the NFL starswitched up his usual “Tay” nickname to call the singer “sweetie"in avideocaptured and circulated online.
“What’s up sweetie,” he said as Swift wrapped her arms around him.
“I’ve never seen anything like that in my life,” she told him in anotherclipfrom the postgame celebration.
“It was insane, I can’t believe that,” she added of the Chiefs win over the Baltimore Ravens, 17-10.

Travis also shared a moment with his brother on the field, asJason embraced the tight end and the two got emotional.
“I know it wasn’t easy. I know it was a hard year. Finish it. Finish this motherf—er!” he told Travis, who replied, “F— yeah, dog. Goddman, I love you. I love you, big dog.”

It’s not certain whether the pop star will attend the Super Bowl LVIII, as her marathonEras Tourkicks off 2024 in Tokyo on Feb. 7. However, her final show in Japan ends at 11 p.m. local time on Feb. 10, leaving open the possibility that she could fly to Vegas to watch Travis and the Chiefs take on the 49ers.
