Global hospitality group,Noble 33, is partnering with the athletes to bring the Kansas City restaurant to life inside the Loews Kansas City Hotel.
“Me and Pat know the guys and and girls over at Noble 33. And it’s just such an unbelievable opportunity,” says Kelce.

As a future steakhouse owner, the NFL pro revealed an important food preference to PEOPLE: how he likes his steak cooked.
“I’m a medium guy. I like a medium. Hot pink center all the way through,” he says.
Last month, Kelce and Mahomes announced their joint business venture, which is described as the “ultimate experiential dining destination” in a release.
The massive modern steakhouse will take up 10,000 square feet and span two floors. 1587 Prime will house several private dining rooms, a cutting edge chef’s kitchen, and an impressive meat display. There will be “hyper-subtle nods” to Mahomes and Kelce’s football accolades.

He added: “So we’re going to make it a place where hopefully Kansas City can call it home, and that everybody can be there and really enjoy it.”
And it’s not just for customers to enjoy — the star quarterback wants to celebrate post Chiefs games at the joint. “Hopefully we can win some games at Arrowhead Stadium and then we can get to go over and have a few drinks and food with it,” he said.
